Additional Characters & Cast

▲Madogi Doremon & Rio Matsuse / Aya Uchida
I will be playing the role of Rio Matsuse in Nibangama.
One day she suddenly visits the pottery club, but with whom and what kind of relationship does she have...?
I hope to give a more powerful performance as Rio, who also had an intriguing presence in the original story!
I will also continue to play the role of Mado Deaemon in the next episode!
And I hear that Deemon's activities are not limited to just there...!
Please look forward to it!
Hymena Valdez / Sally Amagi
Before recording, I had a chance to try my hand at pottery with a friend!
I tried to make a teacup, but I couldn't get it right and ended up with a squishy object, which made me realize how delicate the art of pottery is.
I was able to learn many words about ceramics through the dialogue, and I would be happy if I could share the charm of ceramics with the audience through this work!
Hena Tokigawa / Arie Ozawa
I will be playing the role of Hinena, Hime-no-chan's mother.
The director told me that Hinena is a wild and unpredictable character who gets involved in the lives of those around her, so I have been trying to play her in a free and energetic way.
I like the warm atmosphere of the film.
I hope you are looking forward to Himeena's appearance.

HIMENO TOYOKAWA / Mimi TANAKA
I was very happy to hear that the second season was decided! I didn't think I would get to meet Hime-no and her friends so soon, so I was surprised.
We had also talked about how nice it would be if there was a continuation, so we were all very happy when the decision was actually made.
I am sure everyone was surprised by the announcement of the second season!
HIMENO created her own work for the first time in the first season, but please look forward to seeing how it will turn out in the second season, which will be even more lively with more characters!
Sanka Kusanashi / Yuu Serizawa
When I heard about the decision for the second season, I genuinely thought, "Thank God! I was genuinely happy.
The live-action part, which makes Tajimi, the setting of the anime, feel more real, is a very interesting part of Yakumo, but I also wanted to see more of Hime-no-chan and her friends in the anime! I was happy to see them again in the second season!
Whenever I go to Tajimi, I feel that the local people support us a lot.
That is why I will put all of their feelings into the work "Yakumo" and play the role of Sanka-chan to the best of my ability.
And following the first season, I am enjoying Tajimi to the fullest! Please look forward to it!
Naoko Naruse / Yuki Wakai
Yakumo's second season! I am really happy! Thank you very much!
We actually experienced pottery making in the first season, and the scenery of Tajimi was burned into our eyes, so I am sure that the second season will be even more realistic!
I hope I will be able to play Naoko even more fun and interesting while feeling the atmosphere of Tajimi in the second season☆.
The story of HIMENO and her friends' youth will continue, so please watch over them kindly☆.
And please look forward to the live-action part as well, as I will convey a lot of the charm of Tajimi and ceramics that I was unable to convey in the first season!
Juko Aoki / Rina Honzumi
Yakumo second kiln! So, thankfully, I was really happy when I heard that the production of the second term was decided.
During the first season, every time I visited Tajimi, I made new discoveries and met new people, and I had a lot of very pleasant memories.
I hope we were able to bring a lot of warmth to you as well.
I hope you are looking forward to the second season as well, as Yakumo has a lot of charms of Tajimi that we have yet to share with you!
We have also received comments of support from the audience!
In addition, SATO KONDO, a freelance announcer from Gifu Prefecture, and Sosho Kobori, an Enshu-style tea ceremony instructor, also sent their supportive comments (original in Japanese).
Free Announcer: SATO KONDO
A new step forward to tell the world about my beloved Mino ware!
I went to high school in Tajimi exactly as I am, and all the scenery and streets are nostalgic and lovely to me.
When I was retracing my memories while watching the cartoon, I heard Sanka's voice saying, "Let's go to Fuji Ice Cream! I heard Sanka's voice saying, "Let's go to Fuji Ice Cream!
Oh, I can't take it anymore. Time is going back very fast.
I'm going to Fuji Ice!
And I'm going to join the pottery club, too!
Enshu-style tea ceremony: Mr. Sosho Kobori
Pottery is suddenly present in our daily life.
It is not something difficult or formal, but filled with people's thoughts and stories.
The moment I saw the work, I immediately picked up the bowl by my side, felt the warmth in my palm, and wanted to talk with the bowl.
At the same time, I could feel the passion of high school students in this work.

<About "Yakunara Mug Mug too
Set in Tajimi City, located in the southern part of Gifu Prefecture, this is a coming-of-age story about four high school girls who become absorbed in the fascination of ceramics, with the theme of the traditional craft "Mino-yaki".
The project started in 2010 as part of a project to "energize the city" by a group of volunteers and companies in Tajimi City. The story is based on the free comic "Yakunara Mug Cup" published by Planet Corporation, a local IT company, since 2012.
The series has now reached volume 33 and continues to be serialized with the support of local residents, along with an extra volume, a four-frame manga "Naoko's Small Bowl.
Of the 30-minute program, the first 15 minutes is the regular animation part and the second 15 minutes is the live-action part. The live-action part consists of two parts: "Yakunara Mug Mugomo - Yakumo no Houkago -" in which Mimi Tanaka, Yu Serizawa, Yuki Wakai, and Rina Honzumi, the voices of the four main characters, step out of the anime to introduce and experience Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, where the film is set, in a stylish way.
