New Anime "Heroine Taru Mono! ～The new anime "Heroine Taru Monogatari! Cast members including Inori Minase and Koki Uchiyama and a teaser PV were revealed!

The new TV anime "Heroine Taru Mono! ～The Unliked Heroine and Her Secret Work" will be broadcast from April 2022.

The new TV animation "Heroine Taru Mono! ～is a new anime based on a song by HoneyWorks, a creator unit whose related videos have been viewed more than 800 million times.
High school girl Hiyori Ryoumi left her hometown and entered Sakuragaoka High School in Tokyo. While looking for a part-time job, Hiyori happens to become the apprentice manager of Yujiro Someya and Aizo Shibasaki of the popular high school idol unit "LIPxLIP," who are also her classmates. It is a coming-of-age story of Hiyori, who struggles with school life, club activities, and becoming an apprentice manager, and the high school idol "LIP×LIP" who shines on stage.

The teaser visual of the main characters chatting in a classroom and the teaser PV depicting how Hiyori became an apprentice manager of "LIP×LIP" have been released! The character visuals and cast members were also announced.

Inori Minase plays Hiyori Ryoumi, a high school girl who has become an apprentice manager of "LIP x LIP"; Koki Uchiyama and Nobunaga Shimazaki play Yujiro Someya and Aizo Shibasaki, two idols active as an idol unit "LIP x LIP"; and Juri Hattori, a bright and caring girl in Hiyori's class, is played by Aya Sakura. Ayane Sakura plays the role of Juri Hattori, and Saori Hayami plays the role of Chizuru Nakamura, who is quiet, serious, and has a nerdy side.

She has had a bad relationship with her partner, Aizo, since the unit was first formed, and they fight constantly, but they are united in their desire not to be outdone by anyone as idols.

When I heard that the story of LIP×LIP would be adapted into an anime again, I wondered what the next one would be like after the previous movie, but when I read the script, I was surprised that they would take this approach this time, In addition to the activities of the LIPxLIP idol unit in the glamorous places, there are also various dramas in their school life and relationships with the people around them. I think there are many themes in this story, and I was especially interested in the theme of what it means to support and be supported.

Q2: What is your enthusiasm for this film?
I started participating in the LIP x LIP project as a singer only because the characters sang songs, so I never expected that the project would lead to a movie and then to an anime series. I hope that people who are completely unfamiliar with LIP×LIP's previous works will find it interesting.

Aizo Shibasaki (LIP×LIP): CV: Nobunaga Shimazaki
He is a male student in the same class as Hiyori. He is active as an idol unit "LIP×LIP" with Yujiro. He is actually not very good with women, but as an idol, he is always cheerful in front of his fans. He is athletic and good at dance performances.

She may be a bit naive, but at heart she is a very kind and serious girl. I have known Aizo for quite a long time now, but I felt like I got to see more of his various sides than ever before, and I had a lot of fun during the recording. Juri Hattori: CV.
A high school girl in the same class as Hiyori. She is a gal who wears her school uniform out of style, but she is a cheerful girl who takes good care of those around her. When Hiyori was having trouble adjusting to school life, she approached her and became her friend. She also seems to be active in love.

At first, I didn't realize that this work was by HoneyWorks (laugh), but I was checking the script thinking, "It looks just like HoneyWorks' work..." A high school girl in the same class as Hiyori. She talks to Hiyori and Chizuru during lunch break and they become friends. She seems to have a quiet and serious personality, but when it comes to her favorite things, she has an otaku side that makes her talk too fast.

Q1: I felt sweet and sour feelings because of the various adolescent scenes scattered throughout the film. I was thrilled, depressed, laughed with all my might, and even had a shocking turn of events that I didn't expect... I enjoyed reading the script. The main character, Hiyori, is honest, hardworking, and a little bit sweet potato-like, which I found endearing and comforting. I also love the exquisite combination of Hiyori, Juri, and Chizuru.

Q2: What is your impression of the character you play and how do you feel about the role?
At first glance, Chizuru seems to be a simple, quiet and calm girl. However, she has more passion in her heart than anyone else, and she may have more faces than anyone else. I felt a great sense of satisfaction during the postrecording. I can't say too much, but I hope you will look forward to the film.
