Netflix Anime "Hanma Baki" Reveals Additional Characters Played by Koichi Yamadera, Kenji Nojima, and More! The second PV of the fierce battle!

Netflix original anime "Hanma Baki," which will be distributed exclusively worldwide from September 30, 2021, has released its second PV showing additional characters and glimpses of fierce battles.

The original "Baki" series, serialized in Akita Shoten's "Weekly Shonen Champion", is a popular manga depicting fighters' battles, centering on a mortal struggle between the youngest underground fighting champion, Baki Hanma, and his father, Yujiro Hanma, called "the strongest creature on earth". The "Baki" Death Penalty Arc was released on Netflix in 2018, and the "Baki" Great Grudge Match Arc was released on Netflix and broadcast on TV in 2020.

Then, on September 30, 2021, all 12 episodes of the third part, "Hanma Baki," will be distributed worldwide on Netflix! Finally, the story of the father and son who have a history of conflict with each other will be depicted in the series.

The second PV has been released as the distribution of the anime is about to start.

The second PV depicts the fierce crossbowmen waiting for Baki in the "Black Pentagon," and also shows the fierce battle with Biscuit Oliva, aka Mr. Unchain, which no one can stop.

The cast of additional characters has also been announced! Kenji Nojima will play the fierce crossbowman Jun Gebaru, Yasuhiro Mamiya will play Iron Michael, and Koichi Yamadera will play Rip, Toothless, and Tang. Oliva's beloved girlfriend Maria is played by Mami Koyama, and Bob McCarthy, who watches the fierce battle between Baki and Oliva, is played by Masashi Ehara.

Also, the ending theme can be heard, sung by GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE, with lyrics that strongly depict the world of the anime, and the song "Unchained World," which is filled with a sense of speed and gravity.

Iron Michael CV: Yasuhiro Mamiya
The greatest champion in the history of boxing, and is often called the No. 1 boxer of all time.
He is known as "Iron Michael" and is the strongest boxer in the world.

■Lip, Tooth and Tongue CV: Koichi Yamadera
The three members are called "Mice.
Like Lip, Tooth, and Tongue, they fight in perfect combination, as if they embody the smoothest and greatest coordination that exists in the world.

Bob McCarthy CV: Masashi Ehara
A 27-year-old prison guard.
He witnessed the fierce battle between Baki and Oliva at close quarters.
He has a background in martial arts, so he watches the fight and is repeatedly amazed by the sheer power of the fight.

Maria CV: Maomi Koyama

＜Synopsis
Having grown up through numerous mortal battles with powerful enemies, the time is ripe for Baki to face off against his father, Yujiro Hanma, who is said to be the strongest creature on earth.
