The ramen restaurant "Chinese Soba Dragon Noodle Shop" closed on Sunday, August 29, 2012. The location is near Tsumagoizaka intersection. It is located near the Tsumagoizaka intersection, next to the Indian restaurant "Ai Kitchen Akihabara.

Chinese Soba Ryu no Mensho opened in June 2018 with its predecessor, Chinese Soba Ryu no Gan (Dragon's Eye). After reopening in January 2019 as "Chinese Soba Dragon's Eye - Chapter 2," it was reopened in January 2020 as "Chinese Soba Dragon's Noodle Shop," but will close its doors on Sunday, August 29, bringing the curtain down after nearly three years in business.
