TV anime "Blue Period" opening theme "EVERBLUE" Omoinotake

<Comments

I am Omoinotake, and I will be in charge of the opening song for the TV anime "Blue Period.
I am honored to be involved in this wonderful work, which is filled with the pain and splendor of "creation".

We were three people who didn't have any "talent" at all.
After years of trial and error, we finally arrived at the place where we could find the best way to create,
After years of trial and error, we arrived at a street live performance in Shibuya, where Blue Period is also based.

Doing what you love doesn't always mean having fun.
We put ourselves in Hachitora's words, and made the overflowing words and melody into a single song.

We have been in this band for 9 years until today, and I think we just "love music" as much as Hachitora who says "I love to draw".

EVERBLUE" is the opening song of such blue period that we drew up.

We have trapped all the complexes, conflicts, the blue of initial impulse, anguish, and the hope that surely awaits us beyond.

I hope that many people will be able to lay their hearts on this blue wish.

<Omoinotake Profile
The band consists of Leo Fujii (Vo & Key), Tomoroh Fukushima (Ba & Cho), and Yonoshin Tomita (Dr & Cho), all guitar-less. They were junior high school classmates and formed the band in 2012. They have been gaining popularity through their live performances on the streets of Shibuya and other areas. Their single "Moratorium" was used as the theme song for the anime "Tsubaru Tori ha Hatabanai The clouds gather," which was their first tie-up with a TV anime. In November 2008, "Sanshoi" was used as the opening song for TV Tokyo's drama "I Can Become a Wizard If I'm a Virgin Until I'm 30," and is attracting attention as the next breakout artist in 2021.

Replica" mol-74, the ending theme for the TV anime "Blue Period

<Comments

I am very happy to announce that I will be in charge of the ending theme for the anime "Blue Period. I am very happy and honored because this is my favorite manga.

I am very happy and honored because it is my favorite manga. I was moved by the pain and struggle of creating the work, and the joy and excitement at the moment of its completion. Although the cultures of art and music are different, there are many aspects of myself that I can relate to, and the main character Hachitora's desperate struggle against his own current situation pushed me back many times.

The message of "Replica" is "Don't expect someone else to change the world, but change the world yourself.

I would be happy if this song can be a companion for those of you who are struggling against the status quo.

<mol-74 profile
Formed in Kyoto in 2010 by Takeichi (Vo,Gt,Key), Inoue (Gt), and Bando (Dr).

In 2017, Takahashi (Ba) joined the band to form the current four-piece lineup. After releasing their first self-produced album, they have released a total of five mini-albums on the independent market. With Takeichi's crystal-clear falsetto voice as the core of the band's sound, they have attracted attention for their sensitive sound production reminiscent of Scandinavian post-rock, which captures the familiar emotions of everyday life.

On April 3, 2019, they made their major label debut with their first full-length album "mol-74". mol-74 has been steadily climbing the stage, selling out the final show of their one-man tour mol-74one-mantour2019 "MorningIsComing" in June at Mynavi BLITZ Akasaka, Tokyo. In October 2021, they performed the ending theme for the TV anime "Blue Period.

The TV anime "Blue Period" is scheduled to premiere in October 2021.
