Entries for the "Evil Girl Dropkick X" new character audition ranged from current idols to high school girls and virtual YouTubers! Report from the announcement meeting where 11 finalists were announced!

An audition is currently underway to determine the actor who will play the role of Ecute, a new character in the anime "Evil Girl Dropkick X," scheduled to be broadcast and distributed in 2022. Eleven finalists have been announced.

Auditions are being held for a voice actor to play the new character Ecute, who will appear in the third season of the "Evil God Girl Dropkick X" anime. The audition is open to anyone regardless of age, gender, professional or amateur status, or office affiliation. In the first round of auditions, 1,661 men and women of all ages applied.

The extremely large response shook the industry and the world, and the lineup was extremely diverse. If you look closely, you can see that these people are related to "Evil God Girl," aren't they? The audition process was very diverse.

The 11 finalists who passed the first three rounds were announced at the "Ecute Audition Finalist Announcement in Benois Ginza" event held and broadcast on August 28.

The event was streamed for free on YouTube Live, and the first 100 participants of the online salon "Gathering of the Evil Ones" were invited to attend the event. In front of the audience of wicked people from all over the world, Koichiro Natsume (executive producer), Yuichi Imaizumi (sound director), Reina Hasegawa (Atre), Tsubasa Ishikawa (original story editor), and Kazuki Yanase (advertising producer) took the stage.

The audition and judging sessions were shown in a digest video, which included a person singing while spinning a hula hoop, a person drawing a high-quality illustration while singing "Jimbocho Aika" with tremendous singing ability, a person completely recreating the music for the play with a recorder, and a situation where the celebrity YOU talked about "Evil God-chan". Many of you may have been surprised to learn that voice actor auditions are like this! Many of you may be surprised to learn that the audition process usually consists of reading a script and occasionally singing. So, Mr. Imaizumi wondered how he should judge the audition (with such a wide variety of self-promotions), but he managed to narrow down the finalists from this unique group of people.

The finalists who passed the fierce competition were introduced by surprise guest Yurie Kosakai as Pekora, who also works as a ring announcer for the women's professional wrestling organization "Stardom. The finalists, who were introduced with powerful name-dropping trained in the field of professional wrestling, were rich in individuality, including an active veteran voice actress, a new voice actress from the jungle, an active idol, a high school girl, and an illustrator. In the end, 11 finalists were announced, one more than planned.

Unfortunately, he could not participate in the audition due to health problems and was not able to be named as one of the finalists, but when Mr. Yanase asked him, "What kind of ecute did you play in the audition? When asked by Ms. Yanase, "What kind of ecute did you play in the audition? This is wonderful! This is probably the first and last time that Ms. Kosakai's ecute will be shown to the world, so the evil people who were able to witness this are lucky.

Each visitor was entitled to three votes at the event, and the first vote was cast and opened on the spot at the end of the event.

The results showed that Ekoi came in first, followed by Yuzuboe Shibata and Ange Shiranami in a tie for second place, and Nagisa Kakegawa and Moa Tsukino in a tie for fourth place. The fourth place also went to Nagisa Kakegawa and Mia Tsukino, with the same percentage.

However, this result is only the result of the votes of the audience gathered at the venue. A fierce battle will continue until the voting closes at noon on October 2. No one knows the result yet!
