A crazy death game! A part of the bonus manga for the Blu-ray box set of "Sky Invasion" has been revealed! Yuichiro Umehara, who plays the role of Sniper Mask, also comments on the manga!

The Blu-ray BOX of the anime "Sky Invaders", which will be released on December 24, 2021, has revealed a part of the contents of the bonus manga drawn by the original creator.

Sky Invaders' is a manga series written and illustrated by Mr. Miura Oisatsu of 'Ajin' and Mr. Takahiro Ohane (*Taka: Takashi) of 'Box! The manga was serialized on DeNA's manga app "Manga Box" from 2014 to 2019. The story follows a high school girl, Yuri Honjo, who, in cooperation with her friends, fights for survival against a mysterious "mask" that mercilessly slaughters people who are on the run.
It was distributed as a Netflix original anime series from February 2021 and gained popularity as an unpredictable and violent survival anime.

From the Blu-ray BOX of "Sky Invaders", which contains all 12 episodes of the main anime and is full of gorgeous extras, a part of the bonus manga newly drawn by the original author, Mr. Miura Tsuina, and the manga artist, Mr. Takahiro Ohane, has been revealed.

It shows what happens just after the popular character Sniper Mask wanders into the "realm" and reveals his true face for the first time, which has been kept hidden in both the anime and the original story! The 22 pages of the book are a must-see for fans.
In addition, a comment from Yuichiro Umehara, who plays the sniper mask, has also arrived.

Yuichiro Umehara's Comment
The story of "Sky Invasion" is a roller coaster ride from the very first episode, and I think it is a work that draws you in. Although there are some grotesque expressions, I think you will find it exhilarating because of the gags woven into the story. The appearance of masks with various personalities is another highlight.
The sniper mask I played appears as a mysterious character, but I think one of his charms is that he smells like a human being and is actually very caring. I enjoyed playing him because he showed me various aspects of himself.
