Sundubu Nakayama Tofu Shop Akihabara, a restaurant specializing in Sundubu set menus, has been in business since September 13 (Monday). It is located behind "Bic Camera AKIBA. It is located behind "Bic Camera AKIBA," next to "Meidai Unatoto Akihabara" on Akiba Tashiro Street, on the former site of "Okamuraya Akihabara," a meat and rice specialty restaurant that closed in August.

Sundubu Nakayama Tofu Restaurant specializes in Sundubu set menus, which are made with homemade tofu produced daily at the restaurant and served in a sweet and spicy soup made with chicken and beef broth and homemade tategi, a seasoned miso paste.
