Compilation of "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" illustrations! In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the TV broadcast, "Mobile Battleship Nadesico Art Collection" will be published!

In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the TV animation of "Mobile Battleship Nadesico," it was announced that a collection of illustrations "Mobile Battleship Nadesico Art Collection" would be published.

Mobile Battleship Nadesico" began airing on TV in 1996 and has been supported by many anime fans. It is a full-fledged science fiction, space battleship, robot animation, and romantic comedy, among many other things. The characters designed by Kia Asamiya (character designer) and Keiji Goto (character designer) are also a major attraction of this work.

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the TV broadcast of "Mobile Battleship Nadesico," a collection of illustrations of the series will be published as "Mobile Battleship Nadesico Art Book.

The book covers not only the TV series "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" and the movie version "Mobile Battleship Nadesico: The prince of darkness" but also illustrations from the play "Geki Ganger 3". The majority of the illustrations are from novels, anime magazines, and merchandise, not to mention those drawn for video, DVD, and CD packages. The number of illustrations included in the book is more than 400!

The illustrations of "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" are one of the pinnacle of cel illustrations of the analog production era, and we hope you will experience their beauty in this book.

The "Mobile Battleship Nadesico Art Book" is A4 size (297mm x 220mm), 208 pages. The price is 4,000 yen (excluding tax). The booklet "Gekijoban Kikkyo Battleship Nadeshiko Original Drawings Collection" will be offered as a purchase bonus at the "Anime Style ONLINE SHOP" and Anime Style events. The book will go on sale in advance at the "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" Late Show at Shinbungeiza in Tokyo on Saturday, October 23, 2021, and will be on sale to the general public from Friday, October 29. On October 23 (Sat), 2021, a late night show "The 25th Anniversary & Artbook Publication Commemorative "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" Screening" will be held at Shinbungeiza in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The screening will be held at Shinbungeiza in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.
