Broadcasting will start on October 6 (Wed.)! Muv-Luv Alternative" episode 1 synopsis & advance scene cuts revealed!

The TV anime "Muv-Luv Alternative," which will start airing on October 6 (Wed.) on Fuji Television Network and other networks, has released a synopsis of the first episode and some scenes from the first episode.

Muv-Luv" is an adventure game released in 2003, which is now being developed as a media mix along with "Muv-Luv Alternative" released in 2006. The story is set in a world where humans fight against BETA, a species of extraterrestrial origin, and the action scenes using tactical aircraft are a highlight.
The TV anime will be directed by Yukio Nishimoto ("THE GALAXY RAILWAYS" etc.) and produced by FLAGSHIP LINE Yumeta Company x Graphinica.

Finally, the TV anime "Muv-Luv Alternative" will start airing on Fuji TV's "+Ultra" and other channels from October 6 (Wed.). The synopsis of the first episode and preceding scene cuts have now been released.
The first episode will be aired on Fuji Television from 25:25 (regular time: from 24:55).

September 15, 1998. Sakiyoko Komaki is assigned to a tactical aircraft unit at the Japanese Imperial Army's Sado base. While being guided around the base by her colleague Kusano, she catches a glimpse of the way of life of the people living here and laments that she has not been able to show the way to the people...
Then, a large BETA swarm approaches Sado Island...
