Kuroizu-san of Kaijin Kaihatsubu" is a comedy manga serialized in the web comic "COMIC Meteo" by Hiroaki Mizusaki. The story centers on Toka Kuroizu, a research assistant in the evil organization's "Kaijin Kaihatsu Buhinbu" (Monster Development Department), and depicts the daily lives of those who work behind the scenes of justice and evil in an unnoticed manner.

The TV anime adaptation has now been decided, and will begin airing on January 8, 2022 (Saturday) on "ANiMAZiNG! on January 8, 2022 (Sat.) on ABC TV and TV Asahi network.

A teaser PV featuring the instrumental version of the opening theme song "Special force" by AXXX1S has been released! The teaser PV gives a glimpse into the daily life of Kuroizu, who is working hard at a special job called "monster development" in an evil secret society to defeat the righteous heroes, but is pushed around by his superiors who have too strong personalities.

The teaser visual was drawn by Kazuya Morimae, character designer and chief animation director. It is a cutout of a scene of "Toka Kuroizu" and "Wolf Bate" working in the Monster Development Department, going about their business.

■Touka Kuroizu CV: Kaori Maeda
She is a hira researcher belonging to Agastia, a secret society of evil. （She is dedicated to her work, aiming to become a highly paid executive, and has little interest in improving her feminine powers.
He has been developing monsters with unconventional ideas, but has yet to defeat his arch-enemy, the sword god Blader, even once.

■Wolf Bate CV: Satomi Amano
A sad wolf monster who was developed as a werewolf but became a beautiful girl at the behest of his leader. Mentally, she is a junior high school boy.
Assigned to the development department, he is at the mercy of his reckless behavior. He often works with Kuroizu, whom he considers as a member of the opposite sex (?). He is also aware of Kuroizu as a member of the opposite sex (?).

The main staff was also announced. The director is Hisashi Saito, who also directed "Bamboo Blade" and "Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai.
