Lupin the Third Part 6" Soundtrack to be Released on November 3

The latest soundtrack, Lupin the Third Part 6 Original Soundtrack 1 "LUPIN THE THIRD PART 6 - LONDON", which will be released on November 3, has also been fully released. Prior to the album's release, "THEME FROM LUPIN III 2021" has started to be distributed in advance from today.

Born on May 30, 1941 in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. He began playing piano in elementary school and taught himself jazz in high school.
While a student at Keio University, he joined the Light Music Society. He began his career as a Jazz pianist with the Fujiie Niji Quintet. Later, after working with the Hideo Shiraki Quintet, he formed his own trio. After the breakup of the trio, he has produced a huge number of commercial music as a composer, as well as music for movies and TV programs such as "Inugamike no Ichizoku" and "Proof of Humanity," and has created many masterpieces.
His unique sound, full of lyricism and large in scale, was the forerunner of Japan's fusion heyday. His masterpieces "Lupin the Third" and "The Great Chase" soundtracks were the talk of the town in the late 70's. In recent years, his compositions include "Lupin the Third" and "The Great Chase". In recent years, he has limited his composing activities to "Lupin the Third" and NHK TV's "A Small Journey," and is once again active as a player. In addition to his work with the Yuji Ohno Trio, he formed Yuji Ohno & Lupintic Five in 2006, and in 2016 he formed a new member lineup, Yuji Ohno & Lupintic Six, which actively performs live from jazz clubs in Tokyo to hall shows, live houses, and rock festivals throughout Japan. He is a composer who has been working with Lupin for more than 40 years, and continues to express the ongoing Lupin music on the front line as a player himself.
