The 35th anniversary campaign of "Laputa: Castle in the Sky" will be held from October 23, 2021 at all Donguri Republic stores and the online store Soronoue Store.

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the release of "Laputa: Castle in the Sky," a number of new products will go on sale at Donguri Republic, a store filled with Ghibli products.
Among the new products featuring memorable scenes from the film, Sita, Pazoo, Dora and her family, flying stones, Laputa Castle, and other motifs, we would like to introduce a product made in collaboration with the long-established coffee machine manufacturer KALITA.

The "Hand Ground Dome Mill" allows users to enjoy the unique feel of grinding coffee beans, which can only be achieved by hand grinding. The "Hasamiyaki Stacked Mug" depicts Sita, Pazoo, and the Dora family waving to each other. The "Hasamiyaki Dripper 101" and "Mosquito Net Fabric Yae Fukin", both indigo-colored with the image of a flying stone and depicting Laputa Castle in flight, allow you to enjoy a relaxing coffee time in the "Castle in the Sky" color scheme.

Mosquito net fabric is a specialty of Nara Prefecture, and this product is made from fabric used for mosquito nets. It is a "kitchen cloth" that becomes softer and more supple as it is used, and has both water absorbency and quick-drying properties.

35th Anniversary Original Logo
The illustration, which looks like a scene straight out of the film, shows Pazoo and Sita holding hands, and Sita's flying stone necklace. The letters "35th" connecting the years "1986" and "2021," the year of the film's release, are represented by the pattern of the giant keystone that forms Laputa Castle.
