And a message from Kazuhiko Inoue! Digitization crowdfunding to preserve "Super Combined Magic Robot Gingaizer" for posterity is underway!

Nippon Animation, Inc. is currently conducting a crowdfunding project to preserve "Super Combined Magic Robot Gingaizer" for posterity until 23:00, November 5, 2021 (Friday).

This project aims to promote digitization by scanning the 16mm negative film used at the time of the broadcast in 1977, in order to preserve this work for posterity.
The project began accepting applications on the crowdfunding service "READYFOR" on September 7, but the achievement rate is still 25%, which is still not enough.

Return items for support include Gingaizer goods released in the past and limited-edition goods newly designed for this project, so if you are interested in helping out, we would like to hear from you.
(If the target amount is not reached, the full amount will be refunded to the supporters.)

In addition, voice actor Kazuhiko Inoue, who played the role of Goro Shiragane, also supported this project in the form of a message. Super Combined Magic Robot Gingaizer" is also Kazuhiko Inoue's first starring role.

What is "Super Combined Magic Robot Gingaizer"?

Chogattai Majutsu Robo Gingaizer" is the second robot animation following "Blocker Gundan IV: Machine Blaster" for Nippon Animation, which was broadcast in 1977 on the Asahi Broadcasting Corporation network. Kazuhiko Inoue, who plays the main character Goro Shiragin, makes his first starring appearance in this work.

Story:
The brutal Sazorion Empire, which has risen from the depths of the earth, has been ravaging all over Japan in search of the lost energy supply device "Antares Daimatama" in order to turn the earth into a devil's land.
However, Gordo, a survivor of the Plasman clan who fought against them in ancient times, foresaw this and gathered four young men, including Goro Shirogane, who excelled in magic, and sent them off to form a magical commando unit.
The super-mechanical robot squad, a.k.a. "Gingaizers," commanded by Goro and the other four, boldly stand up against Sazorion's mighty "Reanimated Beast.
