A character PV [Batou] from "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045: Sustainable Warfare" has been released regarding the theatrical feature animation "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045" which will be released on November 12, 2021 (Friday).

Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045: Sustainable Warfare" is a reconstruction of the full 3DCG animation "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045" Season 1, currently available on Netflix, with new scenes. The entire film has been fully graded and will be released in 20 theaters nationwide for two weeks starting Friday, November 12, 2021.

With one month to go until the theatrical release of "Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045", the first PV focusing on the main characters Motoko Kusanagi, Batou, and Togusa has been released. Following the first PV "Motoko Kusanagi", the second PV "Batou" has been released.

The PV focuses on Batou, who is a former Ranger unit member with a prosthetic eye called "Sleepless Eye" and supports Kusanagi as his right-hand man in Public Security Section 9. Akio Otsuka, who played the role of CV, and many more.

The film also features battle scenes that are made possible by his almost entirely prosthetic body, as well as the free and vigorous figure of Batou, which Otsuka says at the beginning of the film, "Batou-kun is still Batou-kun, so he is free from the yoke.

Directed by Michito Fujii, who has worked on live-action films such as "Newspaper Reporter," which won six Japan Academy Awards, and "Yakuza and Family The Family," the film features the theme song by millennium parade, the same as Season 1. The full-size version of "Fly with me," which was also the opening theme of Season 1, has been given a new atmospheric mix just for this theatrical version.
