SegaToys' "Demon SlayerPOD (Pod) Yellow" designed by Yoshitsugu Wagatsuma is now available in the "Demon SlayerPOD" line of smartphone toys. It will go on sale at the mail order site "SegaToys.com" from October 21, 2021 (Thu.) at 10:00 a.m.

The SEGA TOYS "Smart Toys" series, which boasts cumulative sales of 1.6 million units, are digital toys developed to fulfill children's desire to have their own smartphone without the worry of being away from their parents' eyes, and have been well received.

The "Demon SlayerPOD Yellow" is now available in yellow, the motif color of the lightning breath user "Wagatsuma Zenitsu". A limited number of 3,000 units will be available at SegaToys.com, the official online shopping site of SegaToys.

The "Demon SlayerPOD Yellow" includes a limited standby screen and a limited-edition card that allows users to download a photo frame that allows them to take a two-shot with Zenitsu Wagatsuma.

All the fun and learning are concentrated in the "Demon SlayerPOD Yellow"! More than 40 built-in apps!
Just like a real smartphone, over 40 applications are built in to simulate the camera, phone, e-mail, and SNS. The in/out camera and face recognition function allow for a full range of photos and movies.
Among the apps are learning apps for Japanese, arithmetic, English, and programming thinking!

Also included are more than 10 games, including an action game that uses a 3-axis sensor to move characters on the screen to clear missions, and "Handan-kunren," which uses a stylus as a sword and replicates the motion of flicking to cut.

By completing the games and learning applications, users can turn in a fukubiki (a lottery) to obtain photo frames, deco stamps, and other items. By increasing the number of items in the fukubiki, the player's rank as a demon slayer will increase, and new applications will be released.
