New "Dead by Daylight" Chapter "Hour of the Witch" Now Available! First New Survivor Alone Additional Chapter Features "Mikaela Reed"!

3goo today released "Hour of the Witch," the latest additional chapter in "Dead by Daylight.

In "Dead by Daylight," the asymmetrical multiplayer horror survival game that has shaken 36 million people worldwide, four of the five players play as "survivors" trying to escape the field, while one player, the "killer," tries to thwart the survivors. The survivors win if they succeed in escaping, while the murderer wins if all the survivors are exterminated.

The latest chapter of "Dead by Daylight", "Hour of the Witch", was released today, October 20, for PS4, PS5, Switch and other platforms by Behaviour Interactive. Purchasing this chapter will allow you to play in the additional chapter "Mikaela Reed," the first time in the series' history that a new survivor is in the limelight by herself.
*The full game of Dead by Daylight is required to play the additional chapters.

The official Japanese version of Dead by Daylight (Switch), the official Japanese version of Dead by Daylight Special Edition (PS5, PS4), and the official Japanese version of Dead by Daylight Silent Hill Edition (PS4, Switch) are available on the PlayStation Store and the Nintendo Switch. The "Hour of the Witch" chapter is available on the PlayStation Store and the Nintendo eShop.

A tale shrouded in mist - Halloween event will be held from October 21!

Halloween, the fateful night of horror storyteller Mikaela Reed's disappearance, is only 10 days away. Dead by Daylight fans will receive the game's first stand-alone original survivor, a fitting tribute to the season.
Following the murderous "Pinhead" who shook players in September when she appeared in the foggy world, a female character with an interest in witchcraft makes a new appearance in the entity world as a reliable stand-alone survivor!

■ A Tale Shrouded in Fog
The latest survivor, announced in early September, is a character that Halloween lovers will love. Mikaela Reed, who lost her father, found solace in something unexpected.

After receiving an invitation from the Endless Halloween Festival to recite her work, Mikaela is plagued by a number of disturbing events. On the eve of All Saints' Day, Micaela attempts to read her story on stage, only to be enveloped in a thick black fog and disappear.
The audience was in an uproar. ...... No one has seen Mikaela Reed since.

■Special attire for a special night.
Added to this "horror storyteller" was the "Open Mic Host" outfit Bellylea wore on stage at Cafe Moonstone on the eve of All Saints' Day.

The outfit includes a soft round crown hat found at a thrift store, a loose-fitting cropped top with a moon logo, and an elegant, richly patterned skirt with a tasseled slit.
In addition to Mikaela's "Open Mic Host" outfit, two other very rare outfits, "Vile Scarecrow" and "Vigo's Disciple," for Hillbilly and Nea, are available at the same time. Each of the outfits can be purchased at the in-game store for 1080 Auricell.

New content will also be available in the form of a Halloween event, "The Midnight Grove," from October 21 to November 4, where players can unlock exclusive items and costumes, including Mikaela's outfit, "Witching Hour.

Log in during "The Midnight Grove" to celebrate the season with special themed hooks, generators, themed items available on Blood Web, a spooky loading screen and a Halloween-inspired lobby.

■ Try "Dead by Daylight" for free!
To help players spend Halloween with a controller in their hands and a heart-chilling sense of dread, from October 21 to 25, Steam/PS4/PS5/Stadia/Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S will be offering "Dead by Daylight" for free! The game will also be available for free on October 19!

Also, from October 19, a Halloween sale is being held with up to 60% off on various contents and platforms.
