Lehman's Club" is based on a professional badminton player and depicts two different aspects of his life: his daily life as a salaryman and the drama of being an athlete. The growth and struggles of a new kind of businessman athlete, neither professional nor student sports, are unprecedented in this work.

This work is produced by "Hanebado! The director of this film is Leiden Film, which has created a powerful and beautiful depiction of the badminton scene in "Hanebado! Directed by Aiya Yamauchi, who worked on "Arslan Senki" and "City Hunter the Movie," with a screenplay by Teruko Utsumi of "Sarazanmai," and character drafts by Durarara! and "Yozakura Shijyuseto") will be in charge of character design.

Along with the announcement of the broadcast, two teaser visuals depicting the characters as a salaryman and as an athlete, respectively, were released. A teaser PV depicting a powerful badminton scene was also released. The rally scene between the main characters, Takeru Shiratori and Ken Miyazumi, is a must-see.

Junya Enoki plays the role of Takeru Shiratori, a prodigy player who has been unable to achieve the desired results in games due to a certain trauma. Shinichiro Miki plays Takeru Miyazumi, a veteran player who is always at the top of his sales results and has great ability as an athlete. Saeki Sota is played by Ishikawa Kaito, who is cool in both work and athletics. Ryota Osaka plays Saeki Touya, who is active with his quick wits and intuition. Tetsuya Kakihara plays Hiroki Takeda, who has a good-natured attitude but is extremely weak in the performance. The main character, Takeru Shiratori, is played by Junya Enoki, his buddy Takeru Miyazumi by Shinichiro Miki, his teammate Sota Saeki by Kaito Ishikawa, Touya Saeki by Ryota Osaka, and Hiroki Takeda by Tetsuya Kakihara.

Takeru Shiratori cv Junya Enoki

He is a badminton player in the sales department of Sunlight Beverage. He used to be a prodigy, even called a "child prodigy," but due to the trauma of the Inter-Highs, he is no longer able to produce the results he would like. He is a glutton and a spicy eater, and his taste buds are quite unique, such as his fondness for Sunlight Beverage's ghetto product "Natto Cola" (natto cola).

I thought it was fascinating because it portrays badminton in a realistic way while also presenting the life of an office worker in an interesting way.
I was very enthusiastic about the badminton scenes from the recording stage, so I am looking forward to the completion of the film.

I got the impression that Takeru is very obsessed with badminton and does not care much about other things.
He has a cool atmosphere, but I think he is a character full of humanity, so I want to enjoy playing him.

Tatsuru Miyazumi cv Shinichiro Miki

He is an employee of Sunlight Beverage's sales department and a member of the badminton club. He is paired with Takeru, who is his junior both as a company employee and as a member of the club. He is friendly, close, and always hot-tempered, but his sales performance within the company is always top. He is also a highly capable player and is no match for the genius Takeru is known to be.

First of all, it is an original work, which means that you don't know what is going to happen next.
Also, although it is about the sport of badminton, it is a part of an industrial company. Unlike students, the conflict in adult society is depicted, and I feel it is fresh and realistic.

Q2: What is your impression of the character and your enthusiasm for the role?
I think he is a person who can see everything around him, both in the company and in the badminton club, and is able to maintain a good overall and personal balance. Jian makes me wish I had a brother like him. I will be there for him and experience life with him.

Sota Saeki cv Kaito Ishikawa

He is an employee of the Quality Assurance Department of Sunlight Beverage and a singles player in the badminton club. He is the older brother of Saeki Toneya, a classmate of Takeru. As a player, he has a calm playing style that reflects his calm personality. He enjoys playing video games.

Q1: What is your impression of this work?
I was wondering how it would be like since it is a sports game for working people.
Of course, the sports are exciting, but it also depicts the hardships and struggles of working adults, and I think it is a heart-warming work.

Q2: What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
The character I play, Sota, is very cool and has no emotional ups and downs.
However, his ability to play badminton is remarkable, and I think he is one of the best players on the team.
It seems that he has various thoughts about playing badminton even after entering the workforce,

TOYA SAEKI cv Ryota Osaka

He is an employee of Sunlight Beverage's planning department and a doubles player in the badminton club. He and Takeru were classmates in high school. He is paired with Takeda, who is also a member of the badminton club, and is active with his natural quickness and intuition. She lives with her brother Sota, who is four years older than her, to save money.

Q1: What is your impression of this film?
I thought that playing badminton while working as an office worker was an unlikely genre.
I think the work depicts the realism of balancing work and badminton in a situation where you cannot concentrate only on sports, which is different from when you are a student.
The film also depicts badminton and the realistic story of work, so it is twice as delicious as a piece of bread.

Q2: What is your impression of the character you play and how do you feel about the role?
Touya may look and act light-hearted, but inside he is passionate and cares a lot about his friends.
In particular, I thought he cared about the main character, Takeru, especially since they were classmates. He is the kind of character who would always extend a helping hand if someone is down.
In a sense, he is a character who looks over the whole picture, so I hope I can enjoy playing him while paying attention to the parts that I don't notice unless I read them carefully myself.

Like Takeru and Ken, he is an employee of Sunlight Beverage's sales department. He is a doubles player in the badminton club and his partner is Touya. He is a good communicator and is always cheerful and good-natured, but in fact, he has stage fright and is very weak in the ring.

I was convinced that this work would be interesting as soon as I read the audition materials. (Laughs).

The character I play, Takeda-kun, is the mood maker of the team and a boy who can swing between gags and seriousness. He is good for sales. Laughs.
