We asked them about their reflections on the program and the secret story behind the creation of the "Doki-Doki Fortune Telling".

───What did you think of the delivery this time?

Hosaka: It's been a while since I delivered the program, but I think the audience was a bit confused by the various sticker announcements, so I hope they will check Twitter and the official website to make sure. Thank you very much for your reckless response to my question.

Saiki: No, no (laughs), it's totally fine. It was the first time in six months, but everyone was as easy to talk to as ever, so I wasn't nervous at all. But I think Hosaka-san is too tsundere for me. ......

Hosaka: Well, everyone is rooting for Mr. Saiki, so there must be at least one person like me. Normally, I wouldn't be too hard on him. ......

Saiki: Really? (laughs) Also, I announced one of my top-secret information to be released in the "Doki-Doki Fortune Teller Hall," and I was happy to receive comments of joy from the audience.

Saito: As usual, it is a difficult lineup to put together (laughs). (Laughs) Especially since Mr. Hosaka keeps running amok, we have to keep a tight rein on him or he will do whatever he wants. But it is thanks to all of you that the program is truly enjoyable.

─ This time, Saiki-san drew four different ideal love stories to be shown in the "Doki-Doki Fortune Telling" section. Could you tell us about the production episodes?

Saiki: I love love stories that are not too "conventional". So you may think I'm a goofy woman, but I really am a bit of a dope. ...... (laughs). I used to have a female manager who I was very close with, and I loved to talk about my fantasy love life with her. I would stay up until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. So it wasn't hard for me to come up with episodes of delusional love stories; they just came to me.

People tend to think of me as a strong woman because of my muscular image, but when I feel that someone sees me as a girl and a woman, I get a little excited. I also like a man who expresses his affection properly. I can think of four specific episodes.

─ What kind of feedback have you received from fans since the first "Gum Girl Academy Sticker" was released?

Hosaka: Many of the omake sticker fans who like Studio Merfan are very quiet. Many of Melfan's sticker products are in rather unfavorable positions, so I have an image that fans are tenacious in their support. So they don't really respond to me on Twitter or anything, but they do pay close attention.

Saiki: Many of my fans are from the generation that collected the extra stickers, so they send me pictures saying, "I got it.

Hosaka: There were quite a few female buyers this time. Until now, we didn't really have any female fans. So, thanks to Mr. Saiki's work as a PR ambassador, I think that his fans bought our products.

───I heard that the second issue, which is currently in production, will also feature a live-action sticker of Ms. Saiki.

Hosaka: That's right. We have already received a photo of Mr. Saiki. We also received a proposal for new arrows.

Saiki: The arrows were more difficult than my fantasy! I don't know how to draw, so I just went to ....... I was quite involved in the production of the second issue. I hope fans will enjoy it.

──In this distribution, information on several seals was also announced, including "Dendro Gigas" and "Gekito Sengokuden".

Hosaka: We had always wanted to do "Dendro Gigas". The "Sengoku Bussho" from Yamanashi Prefecture has been in the works for two years and has finally been unveiled. We would like to do a series of warriors from each prefecture in the future.

─ ─ Do you have any ambitions for the sticker business in the future?

Saito: Right now, people and companies related to stickers are concentrated in Saitama. DoraGOD is one such company, YS Corporation is another, and many people who draw pictures also live in Saitama. I don't know why, but a seal community is emerging around Saitama.

There is a good wind blowing, and I hope we can make the most of it.

I see on Twitter now that revivals of the '80s and topics from that time are popular, and people are talking about Bikkuriman stickers and Gamla Twist, so it would be great if information about new current stickers being made could reach them. It would be nice if we could receive information that new stickers are being made.
