A boy's room is full of dreams and things! Re-Ment "Petit Sample Series - That Day, That Time, My Room! I tried playing with the "Petit Sample Series: That Day, That Time, in My Room! Shokugan-do Vol. 26

Hello everyone! This is Kariyasu☆, a hobby writer. In this corner, I will be reviewing, remodeling, and playing around with the "Shokugan for Adults" theme. In this 26th issue, we will be looking at the Petit Sample Series, "That Day, That Time, in My Room! from Re-Ment!

The Petit Sample series is popular because anyone can easily create miniature daily scenes and fancy spaces without difficult knowledge or skills. The theme this time is a room for elementary school boys around the year 2000. It is filled with items such as game consoles, cartoons, and cards that remind us of those days. Incidentally, if you want to make a diorama like the one in the photo, we definitely recommend buying the boxed set, which comes with all eight sets from the beginning and even includes sheets reproducing the floor and walls!

Inside the box are pre-colored miniatures (only the beds need to be assembled), and sheets and stickers of prints and bags of candy to cut out and process yourself. All you need is a pair of scissors and some glue, and you can start creating right away!

The main character "me" this time is Puchiro, a 4th grader born in 1990. He is an energetic boy who loves games, plastic models, space, and soccer, and is not very good at studying. Let's build it while imagining his naughty and happy days!

All the parts are in place. Prints and other materials have been cut out and stickers have been pasted on.

The playful spirit is a delight! Let's take a closer look.

Some of the miniatures have little gimmicks and fun little things hidden in them that are fun to notice, so let me introduce a few!

■There is a real plastic model in the box!

The 1/100 scale spaceship "Contrail" made by Tomoya. What a surprise, you can actually assemble it!

Completed! A pair of very small nippers are also included, so it would be fun to display it in a state in which it is still in the process of being assembled...

■A full lineup of stationery and tools!

Pencil boxes and sewing tools that you used often in elementary school but no longer use as an adult. What kind of tools did you use?

The lid of the Zakkie oil-based marker comes off securely. It is a small part, so be careful not to lose it!

A boy's dream: a dragon sewing kit and a knapsack made during home economics class! I well remember wondering which pattern of knapsack to make.

■Randoseru (school bags) are too realistic!

School bags are the most popular item for elementary school students. This miniature school bag can hold textbooks and prints just like the real thing, but what is even more amazing is the texture. The texture is just like the real thing! Please take a look and feel it for yourself!

■Prints are fun!

This product comes with a variety of printouts and notebooks, including homework printouts, calculation drills, written impressions, report cards, contact sheets, and even a now-defunct emergency contact list, and they are just so well made!

My personal favorite is this school lunch menu chart. At first glance, you might think it's just a fancy version of the menu chart, but it's actually a very good one: ......

It's printed with the exact ingredients and calories! Wow, it's been a while since I've had a school lunch!

This is a flyer for a movie for children during the summer vacation. I used to go to the movie theater a lot because I wanted the visitor's bonus!

And here is a letter I received from a girl in my class! Girls used to relay them to other kids in the class so that the teacher wouldn't find out, or put them in the shoe boxes of boys they were interested in. It brings back some memories. ......

There were also lots of playthings!

The latest game consoles, gag-filled manga, shiny stickers, rare trading cards, and ...... that keychain you didn't expect! The boys can't join the class circle without them, and even these delightful goods have been well reproduced.

The game disc can be set in the game console!

A gag cartoon that is sure to make elementary school boys burst out laughing. The word "PHS" is used to properly reflect the times, and I can feel the attention to detail!

And a key chain with a dragon wrapped around a sword! I'm sure there are many boys who begged their parents to buy one for them at a service area during a family vacation, but were unable to, and then bought one on their own at a souvenir shop during a school trip.

Let's have fun with free ideas!

Puchiro is now in his second year of junior high school. When he was lounging around in his room on a holiday, his mom suddenly came in and said ......

She said, "Puchiro! When are you going to clean up your room? You're not in elementary school anymore, so do it without being told!"

She said, "Oh, don't come in here without permission! Yes, yes, you just need to clean up."

Puchiro reluctantly started to clean up his room.

Oh, this is Excalibur, isn't it? I picked it up in the park behind my school when I was in the fourth grade. I'm sure I picked it up in the park behind my school when I was in the fourth grade. I'm going to throw this stupid wooden stick away ...... and keep it for self-defense.

"Oh, a letter I got from Tomokachan...... I didn't know it fell here. I'm not sure what Tomoka is doing right now. Before you moved overseas, you took the trouble to come watch my soccer games. Maybe he liked soccer? I don't know, but I'm going to put this letter away on my desk for now. ...... Oh, this is the key chain I got as a souvenir!

It was hard for Puchiro to clean up the mess.

I cut off a piece of a real shirt that I no longer needed and reproduced it as a bed sheet, as well as a trash can that came with the Petit Sample series "Come to My Place? that we introduced in Part 9 of this series, I used the trash cans, stuffed animals, boy's magazines, game consoles, and idol posters to create a room that looks like a junior high school student's room! Let's all have fun creating our own rooms with our own ideas!

Let's recreate "my room" in miniature! Let's recreate "My Room" in miniature! I tried playing with "Petit Sample Series: Come to My House? Ichioshi's recommendation! Shokugan Road Vol. 9

So, how was it? The rooms of elementary school boys are full of exciting items and full of charm. We will see you next time!
