Fruits Basket -prelude-" will be screened in February 2022! The story of Toru's parents (Sawashiro Miyuki and Hosoya Yoshimasa) and the "after" story of Toru and Rin are visualized!

It was announced that "Fruits Basket -prelude-" will be screened nationwide from February 18, 2022.

Fruits Basket" (original story by Natsuki Takaya) is a popular girls' manga serialized in "Hana to Yume" from 1998 to 2006, and the total number of comics sold has exceeded 30 million copies.
It was adapted into a full-length anime in April 2019 with a new staff and cast, and has been broadcast in TV Tokyo and elsewhere for a total of three years.

It has been decided that "Fruits Basket -prelude-," a compilation of the TV series plus new footage, will be screened in theaters nationwide from February 18, 2022 (Friday)!

In this new movie, the story of Tohru Honda's (CV: Mainaka Ishimi) parents, Kyoko Honda (CV: Miyuki Sawashiro) and Katsuya Honda (CV: Yoshimasa Hosoya), as well as the "after" story of Tohru and Ryo (CV: Yuma Uchida), drawn by the original writer, Natsuki Takaya, will be shown.
