Black tea whipped millefeuille with black tea and strawberries in the image of Nanalee. The flowers gently placed on the top of the mille-feuille make it a lovely dish.

Christmas Glass Parfait

A glass parfait of berries and pistachios. A stylish dish with Christmas colors.
This menu is available only during the Christmas period from December 13 to December 26.

New Year Glass Parfait

A glass parfait with a Japanese flavor using anko (red bean paste), shiratama (white bean curd) and hojicha (roasted green tea) jelly.
The cute little Arthur on top of the ice cream is a must-have.
