Pro Fit has decided to "close" its production operations at the end of March 2022, as it will no longer be able to provide its voice actors with "responsible management," which is the cornerstone of a production company, in the near future.

The company also commented that the management of the office had become difficult for some reason.

He added, "We are truly sorry for the support we have received from everyone for our voice actors. However, I would like you to understand that we have made the decision to close the office in order to ensure that all of our voice actors and staff will be able to take over the management of the company while we are still in a position to manage it responsibly. I hope you understand that I take full responsibility for this decision.
We will support the transfer or independence of our voice actors from January 2022, and we hope to have 100% of our voice actors transferred or independent by the end of March 2022.
The company also stated that it "hopes to have 100% of its voice actors transferred or become independent by the end of March 2022.

In response to this decision, Nobuhiko Okamoto, a voice actor who is currently studying at Pro Fit Voice Actor Training Institute, announced that he will establish a production company as a place for new voice actors who have difficulty transferring and for students who are currently studying at the school.

He also established a new production with his manager and several of his voice actors. They will support the future of their voice actors through a mutual business alliance with Okamoto-san's production company.

Sound Wing, an affiliate of Pro Fit and headed by Mr. Tanimura, has established a friendly relationship with both production companies and will continue to support them in the future.

Pro-Fit is a voice-over agency with members including Tsubasa Shioya, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Kaito Ishikawa, Shun Horie, Haruki Ishitani, Aoi Yuki, Akari Kito, Marie Miyake, Ikumi Hasegawa, Natsumi Takamori, Maika Ishimi, Shizuka Ishigami, Ai Fairooz, and Juri Nagatsuma.
