Yapaha & Shusamaru become playable characters in "Blade of Demons: Hinokami Blood Tale"! Second free update to be distributed in late November or early December.

The second free update for the home video game "Demon Slayer Hinokami Kifu Tan," released on October 14, has been announced.

Demon Slayer Hinokami Kifu Tan" is a home video game based on the anime "Demon Slayer" and was released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam in October 2021. In addition to a solo play mode, the game features a Versus mode in which players control a character to fight. The game includes episodes up to "Tanjiro Kamado Tatsushi Hen" and the movie version "Mugen Train Hen".

It has been announced that "Yahaba" and "Suzamaru" will be added as playable characters in the second free update scheduled for late November to early December 2021.

Yahaba CV: Jun Fukuyama
Yahaba and Shusamaru attack Sumijiro and others visiting Asakusa on orders from Onimai Tsuji.
She is a demon with eyes in both palms, and uses blood demon techniques to manipulate arrows for directional control.

Using arrows, Yapawa excels at fighting from a distance.
The arrows themselves have no offensive power and must be used to knock to the ground or launch into the air to inflict damage on opponents pierced by the arrows.

■Susamaru CV: Mikako Komatsu
On the orders of Onimai Tsuji, Suzamaru and Yawaba attack Sumijiro and others visiting Asakusa.
She is an ogre with the appearance of a child woman, and attacks with a powerful ball projectile.

She specializes in long-range combat, using her powerful ball to fight at a distance from her opponents.
The ball is used to attack from out of range, keeping opponents such as the Oni-slayer Squad at a short distance from her!

Free Update Information
The first update will add a new playable character, Oni, to the Versus Mode "Battle" over a total of three updates.

The first additional playable characters: "Rui" and "Kakuroza".
Second additional playable character: "Yawaba" and "Shusamaru

The illustrations are visuals created by the developer CyberConnect2, based on 3D models in the game.
