Namco Bandai Entertainment, Inc. announced that the cumulative shipments*1 of the "Super Robot Wars" series sold by Namco Bandai Entertainment, Inc. have exceeded 19 million units.

The "Super Robot Taisen" series, which celebrated its 30th anniversary this year, is a simulation RPG that brings together robots from various animated series, transcending the boundaries between them. The titles released to date include 90 titles (90 titles).

More than 90 titles (including bestsellers) have been released to date, and cumulative shipments (*1) have now surpassed 19 million units.

In addition, the BANDAI NAMCO Group's expertise in the character business has been utilized to enter 274 (*2) titles in the series' history, recording the largest number of IP (characters and other intellectual property) licenses for a role-playing video series.

■"Super Robot Wars 30" was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary!
On October 28, 2021, a new home video game "Super Robot Taisen 30" will be released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the series.
In response to enthusiastic fan feedback, the game features a new game system called "Tactical Area Select," which allows players to choose their own storyline and the order in which they obtain aircraft and characters.

In addition, this title is now available on STEAM for the Western regions, in hopes that more people around the world will be able to play it. For the first time in the series, simplified Chinese characters are also included.
