Violet Evergarden and K-ON! too! Kyoanifes Event Report Arrives from Kyoto Animation

A preliminary event report has arrived on the "5th Kyoto Animation Fan Appreciation Event KYOANI MUSIC FESTIVAL - Bringing Impression to the Future -" held on November 20 and 21, 2021.

KYOANI MUSIC FESTIVAL -Movement to the Future-", the first fan appreciation event held by Kyoto Animation in four years. This was KyoAni's first live music event, and all the splendid artists who sing theme songs of KyoAni's works gathered in one place.

Event Report

The first music festival organized by Kyoto Animation, "The 5th Kyoto Animation Fan Appreciation Event KYOANI MUSIC FESTIVAL - Bringing Impression to the Future -" was held on November 20 (Sat.) and 21 (Sun.) at Rohm Theater Kyoto. The stages of the two-day event, which moved KyoAni fans all over Japan, are now being archived for a limited time through simultaneous broadcast. You can still feel the excitement and emotion of the event.

The two-day live event started with "Yumemita Sora" from Kyoto Animation's first original work "Mundt" series, followed by "Chunibyou ga Koi ga Shitai! series, "Free!" series, and other popular OP/ED songs from anime works, as well as accompaniments to the dramas, totaling more than 50 songs.

The "Special Stage," which was a surprise to the audience, included "Hare Hare Yukai" from "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" series, "Mottoke! Sailor Fuku" from "Lucky Star" and "K-ON! series, "Don't say "lazy"" from "K-ON! The performance transcended the boundaries between works, and the venue, filled with fans, was filled with excitement.

The audience was excited to see the performance that transcended the boundaries between the two works! Euphonium" series and "Violet Evergarden" series, TRUE, who performed on both days, said, "A lot of feelings (for the works) will lead to someone living in the future," and thanked the audience for their "love for music.

The KyoAni Fest, which thrilled and enthralled not only the audience but also the whole country with performances that could only be seen at this event, is now on sale for archived tickets that allow the audience to enjoy the three and a half hours of performances repeatedly throughout the festival period.
