It was announced that Hidetoshi Nishijima and Rinya Nakamura will star in "Masked Rider BLACK SUN", a reboot of "Masked Rider BLACK".

The concept of "MASKED FACE RIDER BLACK" is to return to the origin of "MASKED FACE RIDER" (broadcasted from 1971 to 1973) among the past series, and the tragic story of the main character who has to face a harsh fate is a fascinating one. This "MASKFILE RIDER BLACK" will be remade as a TV program to commemorate the 50th anniversary of MASKFILE RIDER's birth.

The double lead cast of the film was announced at the "TAMASHII NATION ONLINE 2021" broadcast program.
Hidetoshi Nishijima will play the role of Black Sun, and Rinya Nakamura will play the role of Masked Rider SHADOWMOON, who gained popularity as the main character's rival in "Masked Rider BLACK.

An actual Battle Hopper machine is now available!

During the program, the actual Battle Hopper, Black Sun's favorite machine that appears in the film, was unveiled.
The custom design with the rider's head on the front cowl was created by Cherryʼs Company, a motorcycle store in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.

The photo shows the machine under construction, and the completed machine will be exhibited at the "Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2021" scheduled to be held on December 5, 2021. This is a rare opportunity to see the actual battle hopper up close, so we hope you will come.
