Spike Chunsoft has released a newly-drawn key visual and announcement trailer for "Eye: Somnium File Nirvana Initiative," scheduled for release on Switch, PS4, Xbox One, Windows 10, and Steam in spring 2022.

Eye: Somnium File" is a full-fledged adventure game in which "Date Key," a detective in the Metropolitan Police Department's special unit, and "Aibou," an AI-equipped artificial eye that is usually found in Date's left eye, investigate a series of bizarre murders.
This title, "Eye: Somnium File Nirvana Initiative" is a sequel to the game.

The key visual released this time was drawn by Yusuke Kozaki, the character designer of this series.

＜Prologue
It was six years ago that the "body on the right half" was first discovered.
At that time, no matter how much we searched, the "left half" was never found.
Six years later, the missing "left side of the body" was found.
It was completely undecomposed and looked as if it had been alive just a short time before.
The newly appointed ABIS Special Agent Mizuki, together with the autonomously controlled AI robot Ivoo, begins investigating this "serial half-body murder case" ......
