The iCracked Akihabara store, a smartphone repair store, has been in operation since Wednesday, November 24, 2012. The location is near the central ticket gate of JR Akihabara Station. It is located near the central ticket gate of JR Akihabara Station on the 2nd floor of the Akiba Trim commercial facility, on the former site of the Rockport Express Akiba Trim store, a leather shoe brand.

iCracked is one of the world's largest smartphone and tablet repair companies, founded in 2010 in Silicon Valley, California, USA. The iCracked Akihabara store will be able to repair Apple's iPhone series and Google's Pixel series smartphones.
