Tokyo's Shibuya is bustling with people during the Halloween season.
A wedding ceremony is being held at Shibuya Hikarie. There, Detective Sato of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is dressed in a wedding dress. As Conan and the other guests look on, a gang of thugs suddenly bursts in and attacks, injuring Detective Takagi, who was trying to protect her.
