PlayStation Game Music Awards 2021, "NieR" takes first place in the Hi-Res category! Other award-winning works including "Dracula XI" and "FFVII REMAKE" were also announced!

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the results of the "PlayStation Game Music Awards 2021" today, December 3.

The "PlayStation Game Music Awards 2021," presented by PlayStation Game Music, which introduces music content for PlayStation in general, honors popular game soundtracks.
Winners will be chosen in three categories: the Spotify Streaming Category, which is determined by the number of streaming plays on Spotify; the mora Hi-Res Category, which is determined by the number of high-resolution album downloads on mora; and the Special Award, which is based on user comments.

This time, the top 10 rankings and special awards were selected according to the number of album plays and downloads from September 30 to October 31, 2021.

On Spotify's "Music+Talk", UK, the acoustic guitarist of MOROHA, who loves games, introduces the award-winning works with his comments.

The first episode of "Music+Talk" featured commentary on each nominated work, the second featured an interim announcement with comments from users, and the third featured a game talk with Amatsuki as a guest.
