From the popular anime "Armoreden Samurai Trooper," "Samurai Heart 2022" will be released for download, featuring the second part opening theme "Samurai Heart," a self-cover by Hiroko Moriguchi and a cover by Takeshi Kusao, who plays the main character Ryo Sanada/ Ryo the Raging Fire.

Armoreden Samurai Trooper" began airing on TV in April 1988. The worldview of the series incorporates a Japanese flavor, and the five boys, who are descendants of historical heroes, wear protectors called "Yoroi Gear" and fight against evil spirits led by the evil emperor Arashigo in a stage that encompasses three time-spaces: the present, the past, and another world. At the time, the series was such a hit that it was featured in a news program, and it has been widely developed into an OVA series, drama CDs, and events, and is still loved by many fans even after the 30th anniversary of its broadcast.

In August of this year, the original soundtrack and other related albums were released, and this time, Hiroko Moriguchi, who is still loved by many fans even after 30 years, sings "Samurai Heart," the opening theme of the second part of the anime, in a self-cover by Hiroko Moriguchi. The new release of "Samurai Heart 2022" includes a self-cover by Hiroko Moriguchi and a cover by Tsuyoshi Kusao, who plays the main character Ryo Sanada/ Ryo the Raging Fireman, and whose singing at the Seiyu Kohaku Sunrise ONLINE LIVE event was also a hot topic of conversation.

The jacket is a new illustration by Ken Mizuki, whose beautiful illustrations for the "Armored Den Samurai Trooper" debut album "Kimi wo Nemezanai" and original soundtrack "Hana" have captivated fans.

Samurai Heart" is a powerful rock number that represents the battle of armored warriors who respond to the "heart" in their armor. Hiroko Moriguchi's self-cover arrangement is by Tomoji Tokawa, a music producer who has arranged many hit songs, including "Say Yes" by CHAGE and ASKA and "Tomorrow" by Mayo Okamoto, while Tsuyoshi Kusao's cover arrangement is by Takeshi Kusao, the composer of "Samurai Heart," who is also the composer of Yasuhiko Shigemura, a singer-songwriter who also worked on the related album recording of "Armoreden Samurai Trooper," will be in charge of the music.

I never thought I would be able to do a self-cover of "Samurai Heart," released in 1988, for this 2021 album! I was so excited when I heard about it! I could already hear the joy of my fans in my heart.
Sometimes when I sing this song at live performances or concerts, the audiences give me a big "I've been waiting for this! The energy of the audience is hot. I myself am always on fire.
The other day, I performed the original version on BS11's "Anison Days," which is a regular program on ....... I was thrilled to see the excitement on social networking sites, including about this project! In commemoration of the lifting of the ban on all "Armoreden Samurai Trooper" related music subs, I would like to passionately thank all the staff and fans who helped bring it back to life!
