Taiwanese cafe and diner "Xiao Yang Chun" has been in business since Wednesday, December 22, 2012. It is located on the restaurant floor on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Akiba.

Xiao Yang Chun is a café-restaurant where you can enjoy Taiwanese cuisine and sweets. During lunch time (11:00 - 14:00), the restaurant offers a daily lunch menu that changes daily, such as "rice and dim sum" for 980 yen (including tax), "noodles and dim sum" for 1,180 yen (including tax), which includes a daily special rice and dim sum set, and "overflowing hormone and hot pepper set meal and dim sum" for 1,180 yen (including tax). The restaurant also offers a "luxury set meal," which includes a main dish, choice of dim sum, today's side dish, mini lo mein, soup, and a little bit of this and that, as well as noodles such as tantanmen and Taiwanese mazesoba.
