At the venue, in addition to selling goods of the new title "COUNTER: SIDE (Counter Side)," which has just started its official service, and familiar titles such as "Mabinogi" and "Tales Weaver," item cards that can be used in the game "Arad Senki" were distributed.

Some of the goods sold at the "New Comic Market 99" were sold out as soon as the event started.
The person in charge of creating the goods said, "We were surprised by the response, which exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy that our customers enjoyed the event.

The PM and GM of "Mabinogi" greeted the guests in cosplay, as they do in every season's live broadcasts and offline events.
They will be dressed in cosplay.
While ensuring social distance, the event saw the first offline interaction with "Mabinogi" players since the 2019 event.

On the "counter side," cosplayers Uncle Sumire and Madoka Natsume and actor Masahiro Inoue dressed up as three of the title's main characters, "Fenrir Platoon," for a photo session.

-What did you think of your participation this time?
Masahiro Inoue (Inoue): I played the role of Shiryu Akiyama of Fenrir Platoon in "Counterside" this time, and I really enjoyed the high quality of the costumes and the opportunity to work with Madoka Natsume and Uncle Sumire as the three of us. We had a really good time.

-I heard that this was your first time to participate in Comiket.
Inoue: Yes, it was my first time in the world of Comiket (laughs).
From what I had heard about Comiket on the Internet beforehand, such as "clouds form due to the heat of the people," it was really hot inside the venue even though it was December. Is this the heat for what people like? I visited the cosplay area during a break, but there was so much heat that I was worried about catching a cold in such light clothing in the middle of winter, and I was able to enjoy a very deep view of the world.

-Have you participated in Comiket, Natsume-san and Uncle Sumire-san?
Madoka Natsume (Natsume): I participate quite often.
Uncle Sumire (Sumire): I also participate quite a bit.
Inoue: You are my senior (laughs). How do you enjoy Comiket? I just had my picture taken in the cosplay area and had my picture taken with you...

Natsume: You are having a lot of fun.
Sumire: I think it's the right way to have fun.

Inoue: So my participation was the right way (laughs). I'm glad.

-What are your impressions of playing "Counter Side"?
Inoue: The characters are cool and the gameplay is solid. Above all, I personally liked the setting in which I am the president. I am interested in learning even deeper aspects of Akiyama Shiryu, whom I played this time, as well as how the relationships between him and the people around him will turn out.

-You participated as a cosplayer for a Nexon game, what game do you play?
Inoue: My younger brother was an avid player of Maple Story and Tales Weaver.
Also, I myself am addicted to games to the extent that I often take first place in the "V4" field boss league (laughs).
