The first work to win the GA Bunko Grand Prize 《Grand Prize》 in 7 years since "Danmachi"! The anime "The Way of Life of the Executioner Girl" will start airing in the spring of 2022!

The latest PV, key visual, additional staff, additional cast and characters, opening theme, ending theme, and the start of a regular radio program have been announced for the TV anime "Virgin Road" scheduled to air in 2022.

This work is based on a popular work by Sato Masato, which won the 11th GA Bunko Grand Prize for the first time in seven years since "Is it Wrong to Seek an Encounter in a Dungeon? It is an adventure story about two girls who are on opposite sides of a conflict: the "stray" who brought a great disaster to the world, and the "executioner" who kills them.

■Assistant Executioner, Momo (CV: Hisako Kanemoto)

Two years Menou's junior, she is a white-robed apprentice priestess.
She is assigned to support him on his journey to kill Akali.
She truly adores Menou and is devoted to him.
Because of this, his faith in the "Lord," which he should have as a priest, is close to zero.
He is a genius in combat, using a saw with a power channeled through it as a weapon, but he is not good at scriptural magic.

Princess Knight of the Romance of the World, Ursna (CV: M.A.O.)

Princess of the Kingdom of Grizarica.
She is a belligerent character who loves strong and beautiful things, and has absolute confidence in her own trained body and strength.
She is called "Princess Knight" with respect by the people, who call her "Princess Knight" for her travels away from the castle to improve the world.

In the world of "Virgin Road", there are various cities, landforms, and cultures, and I wrote this song while imagining the way of life of Menou and her friends who keep order as executioners in such a complicated world.
I don't know if this throbbing is friendship or love, or if there is hope in the future, but I just want to walk with you. I just want to walk with you. I want to be next to you. I put these feelings into the song.

I read the original story before I started working on the music, and the fascinating story with its unique worldview and fascinating characters drew me in so fast that I found myself finishing the book in no time at all.
