TV anime adaptation of "Neighborhood Angel-sama Made Me No Good Before I Knew It"! Directed by Kenichi Imaizumi of "Kingdom" fame, teaser PV and cast announced!

A TV anime adaptation of the popular light novel "Neighbor Tenshi-sama ga Neighbor Tenshi-sama ga Namera Honto ni Nai Hito ni Todoke Shitachi" has been decided. The teaser PV, visuals, and cast comments have been announced.

The series has sold over 500,000 copies and has been ranked first in the female character category, fifth in the male character category, and sixth in the paperback category in "This Light Novel is Amazing! 2022", and 6th place in the paperback category.

The long-awaited TV anime adaptation has now been decided. It is produced by project No.9 (representative work: Weak Character Tomozaki-kun), directed by Kenichi Imaizumi (representative work: Kingdom), series composed by Keiichiro Ochi (representative work: The Bride of the Fifth Class), character design by Takayuki Noguchi (representative work: Shave Your Whiskers. And pick up a high school girl). The music is by Moe Hinata (representative work: "I'll die if my favorite girl goes to the Budokan").

The cast also revealed that the main characters Shu Fujimiya (Amane) will be played by Taito Saka, Mahiru Shiina by Maika Ishimi, Tatsuki Akazawa by Taku Yatsushiro, and Chitose Shiraishi by Haruka Shiraishi.

<Story
Shu Fujimiya is a high school freshman who has started living alone after entering a higher school.

My name is Mainaka Ishimi, and I will be playing the role of Midday Shiina! My name is Mainaka Ishimi.
About two years ago, I narrated the PV of the original work, and I remember being shocked by how transparent and cute Midori was.
I thought I would be happy if I could voice Midori-chan in the anime version of this work, so I was really happy to have the opportunity to do so this time! I would like to play the role delicately and carefully, so please look forward to the broadcast!

Tatsuki Akazawa CV : Taku Yatsushiro
I will be playing the role of Tatsuki Akazawa, a friend of Zhou.
I think he is a very friendly and good-natured person, so I hope I can express his different characteristics from those of Zhou.
