Bride of the Fifth Class" has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" until February 2020, and the total number of copies of the series has reached over 15 million (as of April 2021). The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2019, and the second season from January to March 2021 on TBS and other stations.
It is a romantic comedy in which the main character, Futaro Uesugi, who lives in poverty, becomes a tutor for the quintuplets who are on the verge of failing school, and struggles to lead them to graduation.
