The TV anime "Prince Tensai's Deficit State Rehabilitation Technique" will begin airing today, January 11 (Tuesday) at 23:00.

The TV anime "Prince Genius's Deficit State Rehabilitation Technique" is based on the light novel by Toru Toba, who won the 1st GA Bunko Grand Prize and Incentive Award for "Orkinus Inakutsu Fukagen's Mediation Life". It is a tale of a weak state run by an unmotivated prince, Wayne, who took over the "dead-end" Natra Kingdom.

The TV anime will start airing today, January 11 (Tue) at 23:00 on TOKYO MX and other stations. The first episode's synopsis and advance scene cuts have been released.

The synopsis and advance cuts of the first episode are as follows.
Episode 1 "Yes, Let's Sell the Country and Leave

Prince Wayne is assigned to lead the kingdom of Natra with his aide Ninim after his father, the king, collapses. However, the kingdom's economy, military, and human resources ...... are all at a standstill. Wayne, who wants to sell the kingdom and retire early, reluctantly tries to increase the kingdom's power in order to get other countries to buy it at a higher price.
Meanwhile, the neighboring Kingdom of Marden begins to march on the Kingdom of Natra. Wayne is unwilling to do so, but the morale of his military officers is rising. ...... Thus, the war begins.
