In commemoration of the Japanese-language theatrical version of "Thunderbirds 55/GOGO," which has been showing in theaters nationwide to rave reviews since January 7, 2022, the "Thunderbirds FAB 1 Penelope" will be upgraded and released in a special 55th anniversary edition. The price is 9,350 yen (including tax, die-cast). It can be ordered from model stores nationwide.

The "Thunderbirds 55th Anniversary Project" was launched to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the start of broadcasting in Japan. The "Thunderbirds 55/GOGO" movie, which will be released as the centerpiece of the project, is a special edition of three episodes produced by crowdfunding by enthusiastic Thunderbirds fans in the UK, and re-edited for the Japanese release.

Thunderbirds FAB 1 Penelope
This supercar is specially made for Penelope, an agent of the London branch of the International Rescue Team. The car is called "FAB 1," a reference to the intelligence organization to which she previously belonged, and is driven by her butler, Parker.
This die-cast model reproduces the pink body and six-wheeled distinctive style in 1/43 scale. It is the only product of its kind in the world in this scale. Since the actual model has not survived, a 3D design was created with reference to remaining images and still photos, and the model was made in consideration of the balance of the actual vehicle without losing the image of the movie. In the film, it is said that the car was specially manufactured by a very famous British car manufacturer, and the brand's characteristic front grille and mascot are also accurately reproduced.

Thunderbirds 2
The "Thunderbirds 2" is an aircraft used to transport mechs for the International Rescue Team. The center part of the fuselage is a container, and the aircraft rushes to the scene with a container equipped with the most suitable rescue equipment. It is a central piece of equipment for the Thunderbirds.

This product is a 1:200 scale reproduction of the famous aircraft that comes to mind when one thinks of the Thunderbirds.
The paint job on the fuselage is handmade using the prop as a reference, and the model is made of resin with a "one-off" feel.

The model is a desktop model without any gimmicks such as detachable containers, etc., focusing on styling.

Each piece was painted by hand based on the props in the movie, giving it a one-off feel.
