Uncharted" Japanese Poster Released! Tomoyuki Morikawa, Akio Otsuka and others join dubbing

The Japanese poster for the movie "Uncharted," based on the popular video game series and to be released in theaters on February 18, has been released.

The "Uncharted" action-adventure game series, in which treasure hunter Nathan Drake unravels the mysteries of legendary treasures and ancient cities,has sold more than 41.7 million copies since the first installment was released in 2007, and in 2009 won the "AIAS Game of the Year" award, also known as the Academy Award in the game industry. Nathan Drake (nicknamed "Nate"), a bartender in New York, is recruited by treasure hunter Victor Sullivan (nicknamed "Sully") to search for a $5 billion treasure with him because of his dexterous hands and exceptional pickpocketing skills. Nate decides to become a treasure hunter because Sully knows about his brother Sam, who has disappeared. ...... However, the treasure is also being targeted by other organizations!

The first clue is a gold cross. After a battle with the enemy organization led by Santiago Moncada, Nate and Sally get their hands on the cross and arrive before anyone else at a phantom pirate ship that is said to have disappeared 500 years ago. However, the entire pirate ship has been hoisted up... Will they be able to get their hands on the 5 billion dollar treasure? Their adventure as treasure hunters begins!

The Japanese poster released this time shows Nate (Tom Holland) looking as if he is looking ahead to what is about to happen, with the words "Take the $5 billion before anyone else - from a place not on the map (Uncharted)". The film also features a large image of the people who will be competing for the same treasure, including Sully (Mark Wahlberg), who looks grim, and Moncada (Antonio Banderas), a member of the enemy organization.

Can Nate take the treasure before anyone else? And will he be able to unravel the mysteries of history and hidden treasures? The visuals foreshadow a great adventure across the globe.

Additional Japanese dubbed voice actors have also been announced.
Tomoyuki Morikawa, who has dubbed for many Hollywood movies including Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, and Ewan McGregor, will play Sully (Mark Wahlberg), Nate's mentor who is searching for the treasure with Nate. In addition, Akio Otsuka, who has dubbed many Antonio Banderas films and also voiced Batou in the anime "Ghost in the Shell," has been chosen to play the role of Moncada (Antonio Banderas), an enemy who wants to steal the same treasure as Nate.

The voice of Chloe Fraser (Sophia Ali), the woman who will be working with Nate and Sally, will be voiced by Amemiya Ten, who played Chloe Fraser in the anime "Bless This Wonderful World! Ten Amamiya as Aqua, Ryoko Shiraishi as Joe Braddock (Tati Gabriel), the mysterious woman who interferes with Nate and Sally's treasure hunt, and Ryoko Shiraishi as the spider demon (older sister) in the anime "Demon Slayer," and Shunsuke Takeuchi as Nate's brother Sam's boyhood, Yamato Alexander in the anime "KING OF PRISM.
