Long-awaited sequel! Spring Anime "Machikado Mazoku 2-chome" Teaser PV Released! Starring Yoshimi Obara and Akari Kito

The anime "Machikado Mazoku 2-chome" will be broadcast on TBS and BS11 from April 2022.

This work is based on the manga "Machikado Mazoku" serialized by Ito Izumo in "Manga Time Kirara Carat" (Houbunsha), which aired its first TV anime season in July 2019.

The main character is Yuko Yoshida aka Shamiko (CV. Yoshimi Obara), a high school girl who is a descendant of a dark family and one day her power as a "demon" suddenly awakens. In this fantastical comedy, she challenges her classmate Momo Chiyoda (CV. Akari Kito), a magical girl chosen by the family of light, to defeat her in order to lift the "curse of living on 40,000 yen a month".

A teaser PV with advance cuts of the TV anime "Machikado Mazoku 2-chome" has now been released. The main staff and cast will continue from the first season, and the director is "Kai! Cromartie High School" and "Saiki Kusuo no Ψ難.

Machikado Mazoku 2-chome" is scheduled to air on TBS and BS11 from April 2022. Don't miss Shamiko and her friends as they expand their activities!

<Synopsis
The popular daily life fantasy in the town comes back!
The main character, Shamiko, has been fighting to break the seal of the Dark Clan ever since she was awakened to the power of the demon tribe, even though she is a clunker. She and Momo, a magical girl who was supposed to be her rival, somehow end up cooperating with each other, and together they pursue the mystery of a magical girl who has disappeared from the town...! A new demon tribe lurks in town, and what will become of Shamiko and her friends...?
