The ramen restaurant "Mendoro-Keitora Akihabara UDX Branch" has been in business since Wednesday, January 26, 2012. It is located on the 2nd floor of Akihabara UDX, in the "Akiba Ichi" restaurant and store. It is located in the "Akihabara Ramen Theater (AKIBA MENGEKI)" ramen food court. Former location of "Daimon Fukuage Akihabara UDX Branch".

Keitora" is a new brand created under the supervision of the owner, Hiroki Honda, to spread the taste of the popular ramen restaurant "Honden" throughout Japan.
The ramen served at the restaurant is "Special Thick Tonkotsu Seafood Ramen (1,050 yen)," which uses a thick broth made by cooking every part of the pig, including the bone marrow, back ribs, and pig's feet, over high heat for more than 12 hours. The "Special Thick Chicken Hakuchu Ramen (1,150 yen)" and "Special Thick Chicken Hakuchu Tsukemen (1,150 yen)" use a thick Hakuchu soup made from a large amount of Japanese whole chicken and chicken bones cooked over high heat for a long time and filled with the flavor of chicken. The "Special Thick Tonkotsu Seafood Tsukemen (1,050 yen)" features an ultra-thick pork bone and seafood soup with the added flavor of dried bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and other seafood ingredients that goes well with the thick noodles.

In addition, the ramen store "Mendokoro Naohisa Akihabara UDX" in "AKIBA MENGEKI" and "Yakiniku Don Specialty Daishogun" which opened on December 21 (Tuesday) last year are temporarily closed (*as of January 27, 2022).
