Sofmap AKIBA Ekimae-kan, a comprehensive hardware store for new, reused, and outlet products, is scheduled to open in late April 2022. It will be located near JR Akihabara Station (Electric Town ticket gate). It is located near JR Akihabara Station (Denkigai ticket gate), next to the amusement facility "SEGA Akihabara No. 4" and the former site of "Tsukumo Akihabara Ekimae Store," a PC parts store that closed in August 2020.

Sofmap AKIBA Ekimae-kan will meet a variety of shopping needs with a lineup of Sofmap's new, used, and outlet PCs and smartphones, as well as Bic Outlet's bargain-priced TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances.

On the first floor of the store, there is a "Rakuul Station," a corner for experiencing Rakuul, a comprehensive purchase service that allows customers to easily purchase items they no longer need, and at the service support counter on the B1F, knowledgeable specialists are available to provide purchase consultations, various types of support for using products with peace of mind, and solutions to product failures and problems after purchase. The knowledgeable and professional staff will also propose the most suitable service, support, and repair menu (products purchased at other stores can also be accepted) for each customer to solve problems after purchase.
