The artwork that decorates the door of the mysterious Knight of Skulls, who guides the main character Guts, makes its first appearance in the comic book volume 9, episode 53, and is now available in the Life Scale Master Line.

The "Skull of Thorns and Beherit" is known as one of the representative illustrations of Berserk, as well as the door picture of the episode that foreshadows Guts' fate.

The focus was on reproducing the precise composition created by Kentaro Miura.

A crown of thorns with a single rose blooming, a skull with light in its one eye, and a high king's egg embraced in its skull: the shapes and details of each part were thoroughly pursued so that the perfect balance of these three elements would be persuasive as a three-dimensional object.

The figure is then painted with colors inspired by the work and placed on a special base that stirs the imagination.
