She and Mio have known each other since childhood and are classmates at the same high school.
Comments from the main cast, including Natsuki Hanae, have also arrived!
Natsuki Hanae (Shinpei Amishiro)
─ What is your impression of this work?
It is a so-called "time jump" story, but I thought it was a work with a lot of tension from start to finish because of the scary and mysterious developments, which I could not imagine from the atmosphere of the setting, the island of Nittogashima in Wakayama.
I was also attracted by the game-like elements in the setting, since the teacher is a gamer and I myself like games.
─ What is your impression of the character you are playing and how enthusiastic are you about the role?
Shinpei! I just want him to do his best...! I'm cheering for him as I play the role, even though he gets beaten up a lot!
Also, I spoke mostly in standard Japanese during the PV, but I finally started speaking in Wakayama dialect in earnest.
I have intonation and vocalization peculiar to Wakayama dialect, but I am doing my best with the help of my teacher and other actors who are teaching dialects, so please look forward to it!
Anna Nagase (playing the role of Ushio Kobune)
─ ─ What is your impression of this work?
It is overwhelming.
From the first episode of the original work, I was like "What? What? I couldn't stop turning the pages!
Scattered foreshadowing, intersecting psychological battles, time and memory. I couldn't take my eyes off the story that unfolded one after another...! I can't wait to see it become an anime!
─ What is your impression of the character you play and how do you feel about the role?
Ushio is energetic! Bright! She is honest! She is a very nice girl who follows her feelings to the end!
What happened to Ushio in the story? And what will happen? What will happen? I hope I can express her lively personality and rich sensitivity!
Saho Shirasuna (Playing the role of Mio Kobune)
─ ─ What was your impression of this work?
I picked up the original work when I found out that it was set in my hometown of Wakayama, before I was told about the audition! I remember being surprised to see many nostalgic places and words from my hometown.
─ What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
I have the impression that Mio Kobune is a simple, honest, straightforward, ...... very healthy girl. I was able to feel Mio's emotions, including her feelings of inferiority to Ushio, and I was able to relate to her naturally. Her dialect is also cute! I will do my best to play my favorite Mio!
Yoko Hikasa (Playing the role of Hizuru Minakata)
─ ─ What was your impression of this work?
I have the impression that the story begins with the refreshing summer sunlight and gradually becomes more and more unsettling, and that the mysteries begin to unfold in a mysterious way, and that we are repeatedly faced with hope and despair as we search for the answer to a single question.
─ What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
Hizuru is a beautiful, mature woman who is calm, unaffected, and possesses amazing fighting skills. I would also be happy if you could see how the heart of the child inside Hizuru, who has been crying all her life, is sublimated, confronted, and grows.
URAYAMA Xun (as Nezu Ginjiro)
What is your impression of this film?
I thought it would be a coming-of-age story woven with nostalgic Wakayama dialect, but it is a Hollywood movie where yin and yang intersect, dragging the protagonists into the world of darkness with a sense of speed.
I believe you will change the future. I'll be with you in a heartbeat.
─ What is your impression of the character you are playing and how do you feel about the role?
He has a presence reminiscent of the Clint Eastwood of yesteryear.
The way he stands by the young men, even though he is deeply wounded, is "cool! ″.
I would like to play the role of an old man with muffled passion without hesitation.
Kensho Ono (as Window Hishigata)
What was your impression of this film?
I couldn't predict what was going to happen next, and I couldn't resist the excitement of the moments when the discomforts scattered throughout the work were connected, so I read it all the way through to the end.
I felt like I would spoil the story if I went into details...lol.
Anyway, I would like you to see it!
─ What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
I have the impression that Window Hishigata is a pleasant young man with a strong sense of justice, straightforward and straightforward. I would like to play my role carefully so that I can be a reliable and good friend to Shinpei.
Also, this time, I will do my best, although I am under a lot of pressure because I will be speaking in an all-Wakayama dialect!
Maki Kawase (as Tokiko Hishigata)
─ ─ What is your impression of this work?
There are a lot of mysteries and I was like "What is going to happen? I can't believe anyone! I couldn't stop reading the original story.
I couldn't stop reading the original story. The beautiful sea, the bright summer sun, and the eerie atmosphere were just too much to resist.
What is the "shadow" and what is its purpose?
I am also looking forward to seeing how it will be depicted in the anime!
─ What is your impression of the character you play and your enthusiasm for the role?
I felt that Tokiko is smart and calm, but also jokes and has a good sense of humor and is a cheerful girl.
She also has a kind heart and is always concerned about Mio.
I look forward to seeing how she interacts with Shinpei, Ushio, and the others, as well as with the shadows, and I hope to enjoy the dialogue in the Wakayama dialect!
Thank you very much for your cooperation!
I am looking forward to seeing how Toko gets involved with Shinpei, Ushio and the others, as well as Kage.
