The long-awaited teaser PV from the fourth series of "Kingdom," which will begin airing in the spring of 2022, has been released.

Kingdom" (written by Yasuhisa Hara) is a Chinese Warring States epic romance that depicts the activities of a boy, Nobu, who aims to become the greatest general in the world, and a young king, Isei, who later becomes the first emperor of China. The first series aired on NHK BS Premium from June 2012 to February 2013, and the second series from June 2013 to March 2014. In the third series, the largest scale battle in the history of "Kingdom," the "Goyon Gundan Arc," was depicted by a new staff with a grand world view and aired from April to September 2021.

The long-awaited teaser PV from the fourth series of the TV anime "Kingdom" has arrived. The fourth series of "Kingdom" will start from the aftermath of the largest war in history, the "Battle of Hengjun," which left a huge mark on the whole of China, including the Qin Dynasty.

The young king, Yeisei, and his younger brother, Seikyo, who have shown their strength in the battle against the combined armies, are now in the grip of evil.... The young generals, including Nobu and Wang Ping, who are making great strides in new battlegrounds to conquer "Bok Yong," a strategic point that will be a further step toward the unification of China, face even more powerful enemies. The "crowning ceremony" that will make Yuzei the Great King of Qin is approaching, and the final decisive battle in the power struggle with his compatriot Lu Biwei looms....
