Demon Slayer Hinokami Bloodwind Tan" for Nintendo Switch will be released on Thursday, June 9, 2022, the company announced.

The home video game "Demon Slayer Hinokami: Blood Wind Tan" is a competitive action game based on the "Demon Slayer" anime that began in April 2019, and the platform version, which was released earlier in October 2021, has shipped more than 1.6 million units worldwide (*1). There are two modes: "Hinokami Kofu Tan," a solo play mode in which you control Sumijiro and relive the story from the "Tanjiro Kamado Tatsushi Arc" to the movie version "Infinity Train Arc," and "Versus Mode," in which you can choose your favorite character and play against him or her. The world of "Demon Slayer" can be enjoyed mainly through the two modes of "Versus Mode" and "Battle Mode" where you can choose your favorite character and play against him or her.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game, which will be released this time, will allow players to choose from a total of 24 characters to fight, including six "Oni" playable characters that were added in a prior platform update. In addition, the Nintendo Switch version will also include KIMETSU points that can be used to unlock characters and other items, the "Butterfly House Patient Clothing" that was available as a Deluxe Edition bonus in the prior platform version, and the "KIMETSU Academy Summer Costume" that will appear for the first time in the Nintendo Switch version. The package version of the game is available in stores from today.

Pre-orders for the packaged version will begin today at various stores, and store-specific bonus information has also been announced on the official "Demon Slayer Hinokami Kofu Tan" website.
