Valentine's Day event report by "TRD," a unit of voice actors Takayuki Kondo and Daisuke Ono, has arrived!

On February 6, 2022, just before Valentine's Day, "TRD Valentine Party 2022 -Strangers-" was held by "TRD," a unit consisting of voice actors Takayuki Kondo and Daisuke Ono. Opening

As soon as the stage lights were turned on, a voice from heaven suddenly led the audience through the "TRD: Answer the question right away without looking at it! The two were a bit bewildered by the sudden start of the project without any time for the opening talk, but it was short-lived. Ono, who called Ten no Koe "Ten-san," immediately said, "Boom," which sounded like an explosion, to which Chao's voice replied, "Please don't make Chao's explode! The show started off on a high-tension note, with the young voice actor Kenta Hosoda, who acts as the voice of Heaven, making a lot of fun of the audience.

The "TRD Question! was to answer questions solicited from fans in advance without looking at the questions. Although it was an unreasonably difficult question, the two answered confidently and at a brisk tempo. Unlike the two who were asked to give intuitive answers, the audience could see the questions, so when asked "How would you compare each other with chocolate? The question was, "If you could give your junior high school self one word of advice, what would it be? Ono, looking back on his junior high school days as a member of the soccer team, somehow got into a lively discussion about Slam Dunk. Kondo also shared a shocking episode from his junior high school days in which the president of the ladies' club confessed his feelings to him, but he was too scared to keep his distance. In the end, the project ended with the conclusion that "it is fine as it is now" because the two would never have met if the past were altered.

The next project was the "Strangers Can't Push Too Fast Quiz," in which the participants were asked to take actions according to the cards they had drawn. The quiz was to answer a question by pressing a button five meters away while performing an action according to a card drawn. Kondo started the title call with an imitation of Antonio Inoki, and Ono did whatever he wanted throughout the corner, including using material from "Slam Dunk" and "The Legend of Hungry Wolf. The two men's service spirit was so infectious that fans were able to forget about the quiz and just enjoy the show.

Reading Plays

From here on, the two read from a play. The story is about a pair of childhood friends, Ryusei (played by Kondo), a cheerful, communicative ghost, and Tsutomu (played by Ono), a brooding anime geek, who go on a graduation trip to Okinawa. Although there was a script, when the reading play began, the audience was inundated with ad-libs. Starting with impersonations of his fellow voice actors, he then went on to perform in a variety of dramas such as "Kinnikuman," "Kai? The audience was filled with applause and uncontrollable laughter as the reading was filled with all kinds of Showa culture, starting with impersonations of fellow voice actors, Gekki-9 dramas, manga such as "Kinnikuman," "Kai? Live performance

The event concluded with a live performance. The guest performer was Kazuya Nishioka, a sound producer who supports TRD's music activities, who performed four acoustic versions of songs that he had prepared for the occasion. After "Just the Two of Us" and "Baby, Can't Let Go," solo songs by Ono and Kondo, the two sang "Clock Hands" and "Strangers" together.
