The main visual from the fourth series of the TV anime "Kingdom" has been revealed. Comments from the original author, Yasuhisa Hara, and the main cast members, as well as information on the theme song and broadcast have also arrived.

Kingdom" (written by Yasuhisa Hara) is a Chinese Warring States epic romance depicting the activities of a boy, Nobu, who aims to become a great general under the heaven, and a young king, Isei, who later becomes the first emperor of China. The first series aired on NHK BS Premium from June 2012 to February 2013, and the second series from June 2013 to March 2014. In the third series, the largest scale battle in the history of "Kingdom," "Goyo-gun Hen," was depicted by a new staff with a grand world view, and was broadcast from April to September 2021.

The fourth series of the TV anime will start airing on April 9, 2022 (Sat) from 24:00 on NHK General. The main visual depicts Nobu and Yomei, as well as Karyoten, Qiang An, and Wang Bin, walking from Hamyang in the Qin Dynasty and beyond.

The sharp and powerful gazes of these men and women as they walk forward are reminiscent of their passionate thoughts and wishes for the unification of China and their quiet fighting spirit hidden inside, as they "move forward with hope in their hearts.

The OP theme is "Rei-ray-" by SUIREN, and the ED theme is "Dazzle Yoh" by Kaku! Up-and-coming artists have been selected!

The music will be composed by two up-and-coming artists.
