It was announced that "Wild Police Story CASE: Date Wataru" will be broadcast on March 12, 2022 (Sat.) at 6:00 pm on Yomiuri and Nippon Television networks (*excluding some areas).

In "Detective Conan", except for Furuya, Matsuda Jinpei, Date Wataru, Hagiwara Kenji, and Morofushi Keikou have all passed away, and there are many mysteries surrounding them. The film depicts how Toru Amuro = Rei Furuya and his four friends spent their school days as classmates at the police academy.

The first episode, "Police Academy - Wild Police Story CASE: Jinpei Matsuda," aired on December 4 (Sat.) last year and drew a huge response with viewers saying "He's moving and talking" and "I cried the moment I saw his face. Many people are still waiting for the second episode to be aired, and it has been decided that a second episode will be broadcast.

<Synopsis.

His father was a police sergeant, a man whom Date respected despite his weak appearance. However, one day when he was off duty, a robbery occurred at a convenience store where he went shopping. He was shocked to see his father on his knees before the robber. When Date told the criminal that his father was a police officer, the criminal became angry and injured his father. The injuries caused Date's father to quit the police force. Apparently, the incident was committed by a gang member who had lost a territorial dispute and wanted money to escape. Date believed that "if my father had been strong and caught that man, none of the victims would have been harmed.
Furuya and Date arrived at the convenience store. Several men broke in there and .......

■Furuya Zero (CV: Toru Furuya)
He entered the school with all A's in all subjects, an unprecedentedly high grade in the history of the police academy. He often gets into trouble with other students because of his serious personality and blond hair.

Jinpei Matsuda (CV: Nobutoshi Kanna)
Although he appears uncooperative and unmannered, he has a very high level of knowledge in his studies, practical skills, and expertise. He was trained in boxing by his father, who was a professional boxer.

Date Wataru (CV: Hiroki Higashiji)
The leader of everyone's group, with a caring attitude and outstanding leadership. He believes that strength is necessary for justice, as he saw in his father, a former police officer.

Kenji Hagiwara (CV: Shinichiro Miki)
He has excellent insight and communication skills and is popular with the ladies. He and Matsuda have known each other since elementary school and are good friends.

Morobushi Kagemitsu (CV: Midorikawa Hikaru)
Morobushi is a childhood friend of Furuya Zero. His older brother Takaaki is a detective with the Nagano Prefectural Police. He is kind and earnest, and is still traumatized by the incident involving his parents.
